Our Approach to AI
We have been building AI systems since 2016, before the current wave of LLMs and diffusion models, and we understand, from direct experience, both what modern AI can do and where it falls short. We are careful, deliberate and methodologically rigorous about each layer.
Our approach integrates AI outputs as structured inputs into governed, deterministic pipelines by enforcing rigorous validation, sanitization, and formatting at every AI endpoint, while securing the entire workflow with defined checkpoints, audit trails, and built-in fallbacks for maximal reliability.
We work at three layers:
- Perception AI: computer vision, convolutional architectures, LLMs in structured analytical roles. Grounded in vision science and validated against human perceptual assessments.
- Generative AI: photorealistic image engineering with deterministic outcomes. Lighting transformation, colour augmentation, texture extraction without hallucinations.
